Accessing the Benefits of MMC
Support
Aligned is very happy and able to provide advice and support around MMC.
This type of support can take many forms and be tailored to the individual needs of a project. An example might be as a Technical Advisor, providing independent commentary around proposals for MMC deployment.
At an earlier stage support might focus on what MMC might be able to offer a project or programme of works.
Earlier again, Aligned can assist in compiling and/ or advising on the team of people that might want to be engaged, based on the problem statement being raised.
Whilst at later stages, as the design is formalised, Aligned can support a design team in developing the components themselves.
Strategy
To access the benefits of MMC it is important to enter into the process with a strategy in place.
Whilst it might be said to be an idealistic situation, it can equally be recognised, that to maximize value in any field, a robust and considered strategy from the outset is most likely to deliver the maximum benefit. This is no different when looking to benefit from Modern Methods of Construction.
This might be at a component level, a project level, or programme level. In all instances a strategy is required.
The above is broad and the response needs to be equally as board. The range of support Aligned offers is therefore from, assisting with developing a roadmap for how the problem at hand might be addressed. Through to developing project specific delivery strategies. Into strategizing the value of a specific component and how the component might be developed in order to realise that value.

A concept is always based around unlocking potential.
Whilst the similarity with strategy is recognised, it is called out separately for the below reason.
Strategy represents a linear progression of thoughts around the embodiment of MMC.
Concept is where a delivery solution might not be in place . A project might be suffering as a result or need a delivery strategy to be in place in order to move forward.
